We take a structured approach to ESG as an integral part of our business.
We continuously assess how we can reduce our environmental impact, strengthen our accountability and create value for our customers, partners and the wider community.
Most recently, in September 2025, we were once again awarded a silver medal from EcoVadis, placing us among the highest-rated companies in terms of sustainability.

Although we are not legally obliged to report on ESG, we have chosen to do so. We do this to support our customers’ and partners’ ESG work and to gain insight into where we ourselves can make a difference and improve going forward.
The Basic ESG Report 2025 is inspired by the VSME standard and is structured with a focus on material topics and measurable data. The calculation of Scope 1 and 2 emissions has been carried out in accordance with the GHG Protocol.

We work with ESG based on recognised principles and standards, which help ensure a structured and transparent approach.

Procudan is also a signatory to the UN Global Compact, and we actively work with the principles of responsible business conduct in the areas of human rights, labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption.
From CSR to ESG
Our work on responsibility and sustainability did not begin with ESG.
For many years, we have worked with the same principles through our CSR initiatives and based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
ESG is now the common framework under which we operate, but we continue to publish our CSR policy, which you can download via the button below.
