Personal data and website terms and conditions of use
Personal data include any type of information that can be referred back to you in some way. When you use our website, we collect and process a variety of personal data. For instance, how you use the website content, whether you sign up for our newsletter, whether you participate in contests or surveys, whether you register as a user or subscriber and whether you use other services or make a purchase via the website.
We generally collect and process the following types of data: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile, your IP address, geographic location, and which pages you click on. To the extent that you give your explicit consent and provide the information, we also process: your name, phone number, email address, street address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or carrying out a purchase.

Purpose
These data are used to identify you as a user and to show you content of the greatest possible relevance to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, for example to send you a newsletter. Additionally, we use these data for the further optimisation of our services and content, in general.
How long is the data stored?
These data are stored for the period of time that is permitted in accordance with the legislation, and we delete them when they are no longer necessary. This period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it. It is therefore not possible to provide a general time frame for when such data is deleted.
Disclosure of data
Data on your use of the website, geographic location, gender, age bracket etc. are shared with third parties to the extent this information is known. You can see which third parties have access to this data in Cookies. Furthermore, we use a number of third parties for storing and processing data. These parties only process the data on our behalf and may not reuse them for their own purposes.
Personal data, such as name, email address etc., will only be disclosed with your express consent. We only use data processors that are located in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection of your data.
Using pictures / video
Pictures and video of recognizable persons are covered by the Personal Data Act. Procudan carefully weighs any disclosure of pictures and video of persons. The crucial criterion is that people who appear in pictures and videos should not be able to reasonably feel exhibited, exploited or violated from a normal point of view.
At events
Procudan uses pictures and video from events in print and digital media. It can be on the website, in newsletters, in print and on social media.
Attendees at Procudan's events authorize Procudan to publish pictures and video from the event where they are shown. Before the event, it is stated that as a participant, you consent to Procudan being allowed to use pictures and video from the event. If a participant wishes to have a photo removed on which the person is shown, a written request can be made to Procudan and the photo will be removed as far as possible.
Speakers at Procudan's events consent to the publication of pictures and videos where they are shown, together with their name, title and company. The consent may be revoked at any time by written request to Procudan.
Access and complaints
You are entitled to be informed about which of your personal data is processed by us. You are also entitled at any time to protest how your data is used. And you may rescind your consent to our processing of your personal data.
If we process data about you that is incorrect, you are entitled to have it corrected or deleted. Please direct such enquiries to pro@procudan.com.
If you would like to lodge a complaint about our processing of your personal data, please contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
