Seminar on the first day of the fair

New this year, we invite you to a 1½ hour knowledge-sharing session.

Our own cheese wax specialist, Maja Duelund, will give a presentation on the latest in cheese wax development, and we have also invited selected partners of Procudan, Lallemand and IGEA Cultures, to go into depth on a current topic on protective cultures and ripening cultures respectively.

The seminar will take place in room M21 Tuesday 1 of October 2024 from 15:00-16:30.

The competition officially opens on Tuesday 1 October 2024 from 11:00-12:00 in Hall M.
