The ProCera® Colour is developed especially for cheese waxes containing a high degree of colour pigmentation designed to give the cheeses a shiny coloured surface suitable for marketing purposes.
- The ProCera® Colour is highly flexible and difficult to penetrate thus providing the cheeses with a strong protective coating.
- The ProCera® Colour provides the cheeses with a surface that is easy to cut, made especially for cutting machinery and therefore not leaving any cracking edges or colour stripes after cutting.
Procudan recommend a temperature of 75o C to 95o C during processing, and the wax should be stirred every 30 minutes in order to obtain a stable colouring of the cheeses.
Procudan recommend that this type of wax should never be exposed to temperatures higher than 100o C. The same applies during melting process. Please also refer to applicable Data Sheet.
