ProCera® Finish
Gives the cheese a shiny surface and is best used with ProCera® Basic or another cheese coating.
ProCera® Finish is used after storage when the cheese is prepared for sale.
This is a transparent cheese wax that can emphasise or complement the natural colour of a cheese. ProCera® Finish is also used to seal labels and to present the cheese with a smooth, shiny finish.
ProCera® Finish cheese wax is best suited for fully automised manufacturing equipment.
