- hard cheeses
ProCera® Basic is a flexible cheese wax with good adhesion to protect the cheese during maturation, storage and preparation for sale.
The naturally glossy appearance of the cheese can easily shine through as the colour spectrum of ProCera® Basic extends from colourless to slightly yellow shades.
ProCera® Basic cheese wax is used in both fully automised and more manual production processes.
