We supply ingredients and packaging in collaboration with our partners and carefully selected manufacturers. To optimise our customers' production processes, we blend and repackage raw materials, semi-finished and finished products ourselves. Our own brand, ProCera® cheese wax, is produced in our own factory. We also supply a small range of other products, mainly to the dairy industry.

MSG E 621
MSG is an abbreviation for monosodium glutamate.
E 621 is a flavour enhancer without any particular taste of its own. However, it enhances the food’s own flavour. MSG is traditionally used in the East and the tradition has spread to the rest of the world.
The product is typically used in ready-made meat and fish dishes and in various sauces and soups.
MSG is available in a variety of granulates, depending on solubility requirements.
