An afternoon with focus on the future of plant-based ingredients
On 10 April, the Confederation of Danish Industry and Turbo Plant will open the doors to the first PI EXPO 2025 at Industriens Hus, Copenhagen, Denmark. The food industry and selected suppliers working with plant-based ingredients will gather here.
Early on, we have been involved in plant-based products. Back in 2019, we organised our own event on plant-based ingredients and the future of food. Since then, we have helped our customers translate knowledge into concrete products that match consumer demands for health, climate and quality.

At PI EXPO, we are ready to talk about the functional plant-based options in our range - especially within proteins and fibres. We know that taste and mouthfeel are crucial, which is why we provide guidance on how to reduce unwanted off-taste while establishing mouthfeel and flavour with the right combination of flavours and ingredients.
Our assortment ranges from classic ingredients such as cereals, tomatoes, starches, sweeteners and nuts to specialised ingredients with functional properties that support texture, shelf life and nutrition.
