Aspartame E 951
E-951 is a chemical compound formed from two amino acids, L-aspartic acid and the methyl ester of L-phenylalanine, and is an artificially produced sweetener that breaks down when heated.
Aspartame is mainly used in soft drinks, confectionery and low-calorie products. Sweeten about 200 times more than sugar.
