Danish Technological Institute contributes to the development of fossil-free cheese wax. Through two development projects, the Danish Technological Institute has helped the Danish company Procudan develop a new cheese wax made from natural ingredients that potentially halves the climate footprint of the packaging - the new cheese wax will replace traditional waxes made from oil.
