Procudan is developing the sustainable cheese packaging of the future. In 2021, the Kolding company Procudan received a million-dollar grant from the Eurostars programme to investigate how to optimize cheese packaging to ensure both sustainability and ripening conditions. Two years on, we spoke to Procudan about what it has been like to participate in the EU project.
