Innovation Fund Denmark - 19 october 2023

The Danish food company Procudan has developed a new cheese wax made from 100 percent natural raw materials. The world's first fossil-free cheese wax has been six years in the making and is the result of a strong collaboration with international players in innovation and product development as well as leading dairies in Scandinavia. The Innovation Fund has co-financed the development.
