THE DANISH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY CONTRIBUTES TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOSSIL-FREE CHEESE WAX. Through two development projects, the Danish Technological Institute has helped the Danish company Procudan develop a new cheese wax made from natural ingredients that potentially halves the climate footprint of the packaging - the new cheese wax will replace the traditional waxes made from oil.
