Two successful audits in one week

The audits on FSSC 22000 and ISO 14001 have both been completed with zero nonconformities. For both standards, this is the second follow-up audit in the certification period.

Unannounced audit with zero nonconformities

Earlier this week, our food safety standard, FSSC 22000, was evaluated in an unannounced follow-up audit by FORCE Certification.

The review of FSSC 22000 after the new version 6.0 lasted two days and was completed without any nonconformities. This is a clear proof of our strong focus on quality and food safety throughout the organisation. The visit from FORCE Certification was the second follow-up audit in the three-year certification period, and we can now look forward to recertification in 2026.

Another follow-up audit in the environmental area

Last week, we were also audited in environmental management according to ISO 14001, which ensures that our environmental management system meets the highest standards. It was our second follow-up audit during the period and the audit was this time also completed without any deviations.

As we are still in our first certification period for ISO 14001, we are extra proud to achieve zero nonconformities for the second time in a row. The next environmental recertification will also take place in 2026.

The team effort behind the success

Mette Guldborg, Quality and Environment Manager at Procudan, emphasises the team effort:

- It is a team effort that makes this possible. Everyone at Procudan has worked hard to achieve these results. It requires everyone to contribute and understand the importance of providing safe food products and solutions. Our systems are a natural part of everyday life and not just something we show off during audits.

The effort triggered cake

The successful audits need to be celebrated, and the quality department made sure that the whole team could join in.

Two cakes with the text ‘Well done, Procudan’ were shared as a thank you for the effort. It was a tasty celebration of what we can achieve together.
