New partnership with Kolding City Council

With Lone Skov as a mentor, we combine social responsibility and skills development. The goal is to help the unemployed back into the labour market and strengthen the community.

A business centre agreement with a focus on people

Procudan has entered into an agreement with the Job Centre in Kolding Municipality. Through work placements, we will support citizens who are on the edge of the labour market to get closer to sustainable employment. The agreement is a new contribution to strengthening the local community and creating new opportunities for people in a vulnerable position.

Mentor training strengthens the initiative

As part of the collaboration, our well-being coordinator, Lone Skov, participates in Kolding City Council's mentor training programme. The programme gives her the tools to support citizens who are on work experience at Procudan. The focus is on building good relationships, handling difficult conversations and helping the individual find their strengths.

- I'm delighted to have the opportunity to make a difference for people who need support to get closer to the labour market. It's a task that is meaningful and valuable - both for me personally and for Procudan, says Lone Skov.

Part of our ESG work

The partnership with Kolding City Council is a new initiative in our ESG work. For many years, we have focussed on the social dimension, and now we are developing it further so that we also contribute to creating inclusive and supportive communities.

- We are proud to be able to contribute to both people and society. This agreement is a natural step in our work with responsibility and commitment, says Lene Andreasen, COO and Deputy Director at Procudan.

A contribution to the local community

Working with Kolding City Council is not just about creating job opportunities. It's about being an active part of the local community and supporting citizens who are on the edge of the labour market. With work placements and a mentor, we help them develop their skills, use their resources and take a step closer to a lasting connection to the labour market.
