More fruit products from 2026

From 1 January 2026, Procudan will take over the activities of Presmann ApS. This means that we will be expanding our direct collaboration with a number of producers in Thailand and gaining new opportunities to develop both our range and tailor-made solutions for our customers.

Collaboration leads to takeover

After almost 25 years in the market, Søren Presmann is now handing over the activities in Denmark. In this connection, Procudan will take over all business activities and customer relations in the Nordic region.

With the acquisition, we are expanding our role as a strategic partner for both customers and producers within a wide range of fruit. This is based on many years of close cooperation and a shared understanding of food safety and quality.

A wider range – with support

Our range is expanded with semi-processed tropical fruits, which complement our current selection.

Although the activities in Denmark are being transferred, Søren Presmann will continue to support Procudan through Presmann Thailand. Here, he will contribute with quality assurance and valuable knowledge, ensuring a safe and stable transition.

Until 1 January 2026, all deliveries will continue as before via Presmann ApS.
