Health checks give employees an overview

A large proportion of the employees have accepted the offer to receive a health check through Health Group this year. The aim was to provide a concrete and reassuring overview of their own health.

The health check measured, among other things, fitness, blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and waist circumference. This made it easier to assess whether everything was as it should be, or whether there was a need to adjust a habit or two.

The results were reviewed individually alongside specific recommendations, so that each person gained a clear picture of what they could work on in their daily lives.

Part of the work on well-being

This is not the first time Procudan has offered health checks to its employees. In 2024, this was supplemented by group training at a boot camp, whilst this year’s focus was on individual benefits.

The initiative is part of Procudan’s work on wellbeing and a healthy working environment, where community and responsibility go hand in hand.
