Chocoma equipment moves into ProCera® WaxLab

ProCera® WaxLab has acquired new equipment. With a dipping machine from Chocoma, we can now test ProCera® cheese wax in three different ways: manually, automatically and with spray. Everything takes place in our own test environment, so you don't have to allocate capacity or change your production lines.

At ProCera® WaxLab, you can see demonstrations and try out different waxing methods with your specific cheeses and our cheese wax. This gives you a clear picture of what best suits your needs.

Testing and showroom in one
Chocoma's PRO-WAX machine makes waxing up to four times faster than manual dipping. At the same time, the equipment serves as a showroom where both customers and visitors can experience how the machine works with ProCera® cheese wax.
