Pharmaceuticals are used to treat and prevent illness in both humans and animals.
Pharmaceuticals comprise one or several active ingredients and a variety of ancillary materials. A medicine’s effectiveness and effect time depends on various ancillary materials and how the medicine is administered. Flavours and sweeteners can be used to mask any after-taste.

The purpose of dietary supplements is to prevent and treat deficiencies in both humans and animals.
Dietary supplements can contain vitamins, minerals or other substances that together or separately have an effect on the body. For instance, they can boost the immune system, reduce fatigue or have a slimming effect.
Infant nutrition for healthy development
In a baby’s first year, they develop more than at any other time in life. Correct nutritional content in weaning food and infant formula is therefore of the utmost importance to create the ideal conditions for healthy development.

Procudan has a wide range of cosmetic ingredients for beauty and care. This includes scents and aroma chemicals, cooling additives, plant extracts, emulsifiers, collagen and a range of filters, as well as oils such as macadamia oil, almond oil or hemp oil.

In order for medicines or dietary supplements to have the desired effect, they need to be absorbed into the body in the best way possible. In many contexts, the best solution is to deliver the active agents into the body in the form of a capsule, which is swallowed whole.
We deliver a large selection of both vegetable and gelatine-based capsules for applications such as medicines and nutritional supplements. The capsules can be used to contain powders, liquids, pellets or combinations of different types of content. They can also be used to slow release dosages of, for example, depot medications.
