Casein labels
Casein labels are made from the milk protein casein, which is derived from cow’s milk. The casein is stamped out into printable wafers of various sizes.
Casein labels are mainly used to label cheese during the production process. Each cheese can be labelled with a serial number, name and logo. Casein labels can also be dyed to match the colour of the cheese wax used.
