Using pictures / video
Pictures and video of recognizable persons are covered by the Personal Data Act. Procudan carefully weighs any disclosure of pictures and video of persons. The crucial criterion is that people who appear in pictures and videos should not be able to reasonably feel exhibited, exploited or violated from a normal point of view.
Procudan uses pictures and video from events in print and digital media. It can be on the website, in newsletters, in print and on social media.
Attendees at Procudan's events authorize Procudan to publish pictures and video from the event where they are shown. Before the event, it is stated that as a participant, you consent to Procudan being allowed to use pictures and video from the event. If a participant wishes to have a photo removed on which the person is shown, a written request can be made to Procudan and the photo will be removed as far as possible.
Speakers at Procudan's events consent to the publication of pictures and videos where they are shown, together with their name, title and company. The consent may be revoked at any time by written request to Procudan.
